Salad dressing with Balsamic Vinegar and Grove 100% New Zealand Avocado Oil

   

This is a really easy and simple dressing for all salads.

You can keep in the fridge once made

You will need:
1 x medium sized Jar with lid
Garlic: 2-4 cloves
Balsamic Vinegar:
Black pepper: teaspoon freshly ground
Sea salt: half a teaspoon
Dejon mustard: 1- 2 teaspoons
1 small lime
Grove 100% New Zealand Avocado Oil

Take the garlic and chop very finely and put in the jar

Add your salt and pepper

Then squeeze in the jar 1 small lime

Add 1-2 teaspoons of Dejon Mustard

Add about a third of the jar with Balsamic vinegar, you can add more or less depending on personal taste.

Then add about the same quantity of Grove 100% New Zealand Avocado Oil

The put the lid on and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are well mixed

Best to let sit in the fridge for a while for all the flavors to mix.

Then add to your salad as desired.

 

Alternatively for a quick dressing you can make a vinaigrette by mixing Balsamic Vinegar and  Grove 100% New Zealand Avocado Oil, this is also a quick and tasty dressing if you are short on time.
