Salt: ¼ teaspoon  
Pepper ¼ to ½ teaspoon
Corn flower
Juice from the cooked Lamb

Preparation time 3-4 minutes:

Add 1-2 teaspoons of corn flour to half a cup of hot water and stir until dissolved.
Pour the contents of the Oven bag in to the over try and put on a hot element, add salt and pepper and stir in. Then with a spatula stir over the heat and add the corn flour water mix slowly until the contents starts to thicken. Continue to stir until you have a nice consistency. Then pour into a gravy boat (jug).
Liberally applied to roast veggies and Lamb before eating!
